Delivery

We carry out our deliveries through Mail, Motoboy for the cities of Novo Hamburgo/RS, São Leopoldo/RS, Estância Velha/RS or withdrawal at the customer's expense.

We always work with fast deliveries and complete security of receipt of products in perfect state !

Deadline

Before purchasing, you can simulate shipping options. PAC or SEDEX directly on the product page, being able to view the value and delivery time.

Receiving the goods can be carried out by third parties, such as condominium doormen and family members, as long as they sign the receipt of the goods.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours.

Tracking

After confirmation of payment and posting of the order, the business days of the chosen shipping will begin to count, the Post Office tracking code will be sent directly to the email registered in our store.

Order Return

For deliveries made by mail, three attempts of product delivery on consecutive business days. If three unsuccessful delivery attempts occur, the product will be returned to the Mail from the customer's city , to be picked up by the customer.

Important

The veracity of the information is the sole responsibility of the consumer. If the address provided when placing the order is wrong, the shipping cost will be charged again for the order to be resent.
