Exchange and Returns Policy
Our team is always looking for improvements so that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase!
When can I request an exchange or return?
- Do not serve;
- Product with manufacturing defect or damaged.
In any of the above situations, the product must be returned in the original packaging with labels.
The item must not have been washed or used.
The cost of shipping the product for exchange and resending new merchandise is the customer's responsibility.

How long can I request an exchange or return?
The deadline for exchanges is 10 calendar days from the date of receipt, according to postal tracking.
When will the part NOT be replaced?
- Signs of misuse;
- Piece without the tag attached;
- Order without accompanying invoice;
- Piece with odors, stains and shapes that characterize its use;
- Request for exchange over 10 calendar days;
Once you verify that all conditions for exchange have been met, you will be able to choose between the following options.
- Receive a product of the same model in another size or color;
- Receive credit for the value of the order to purchase a new product in the store.
The cost of shipping the product for exchange and resending new merchandise is the customer's responsibility.
Note: If there is evidence of misuse of the item, we reserve the right not to cancel or exchange the product, returning it to the customer.
IN CASE OF INVOLUNTARY RETURN - Mail
In the event of a return by the Post Office claiming “invalid address”, “recipient unknown”, “moved”, “owner not found” or similar situation, contact will be made with the customer by telephone. They must review the address and pay for the new shipment.
